摘要:
目前，前哨淋巴结活检（ｓｅｎｔｉｎｅｌ ｎｏｄｅ ｂｉｏｐｓｙ，ＳＮＢ）已经成为欧美国家乳腺癌腋窝分期的标准治疗模式（ｓｔａｎｄａｒｄ ｏｆ ｃａｒｅ）。循证医学Ⅰ、Ⅱ级的证据表明ＳＮＢ可以提供准确的腋窝淋巴结分期，前哨淋巴结（ｓｅｎｔｉｎｅｌ ｌｙｍｐｈ ｎｏｄｅ，ＳＬＮ）阴性患者ＳＮＢ替代腋清扫术后腋窝复发率和并发症很低，ＳＮＢ应用中的放射性同位素对患者和医务人员是安全的，ＳＬＮＢ的适应症也在不断扩大。当前，乳腺癌ＳＮＢ研究的热点已转移到ＳＬＮ微转移的检测与处理。这也是２００６年圣安东尼奥乳腺癌年会（ＳＡＢＣＳ）的三大重点内容之一。
