摘要:
分子靶向治疗是针对可能导致细胞癌变的一个靶点或几个靶点,如细胞信号传导通路、原癌基因和抑癌基因、细胞因子及受体、抗肿瘤血管形成等,从分子水平逆转这种恶性生物学行为,从而抑制肿瘤细胞生长,甚至使其完全消失的一种治疗模式,是继手术、放射治疗和化疗治疗乳腺癌三大传统模式之后一种全新的生物治疗模式,也是当前乳腺癌治疗领域的研究热点。部分乳腺癌患者表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)过度表达,病情重,预后差。拉帕替尼(lapatinib,TYKERB,GlaxoSmithKline)是作用于1型和2型人表皮生长因子受体(human epidermal growth factor receptor,HER)的双重酪氨酸激酶受体阻滞剂。体外试验证明拉帕替尼能抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,临床试验也证实其耐受性良好,可单独或联合其他药物用治疗乳腺癌,为乳腺癌的治疗带来了新的契机。
