摘要:
近年来，乳腺癌前哨淋巴结（sentinel lymph node,SLN）研究发展迅速。一系列大样本、前瞻性临床试验证实了前哨淋巴结活检（sentinel lymph node biopsy,SLNB）的安全性。SLNB可以提供准确的腋窝淋巴结分期、SLN阴性患者SLNB替代腋清扫术腋窝复发率和并发症很低，为其提供了循证医学Ⅰ、Ⅱ级的证据。此外，目前的研究也证实SLNB中应用的放射性同位素对患者和医务人员是安全的。SLNB的适应症也在不断扩大。作为一项腋窝准确分期的微创活检技术，SLNB代表目前乳腺癌外科治疗的发展水平（state of the art）。
