摘要:
目的　探讨聚集素（ｃｌｕｓｔｅｒｉｎ）、Ｂａｘ在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义。方法　采用ＳＰ免疫组化方法，检测乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中ｃｌｕｓｔｅｒｉｎ和Ｂａｘ的表达状态。结果　Ｃｌｕｓｔｅｒｉｎ在正常乳腺组织中不表达，在６２．７９％（２７／４３）的乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中阳性表达。Ｃｌｕｓｔｅｒｉｎ在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达与年龄、绝经状态无关，而与肿瘤的分化程度（ｒ＝０.３７９９，Ｐ＝０.０２６）、
临床分期（ｒ＝０.３２０６，Ｐ＝０.０３５６）、肿瘤大小（ｒ＝０.３６７１，Ｐ＝０.０３６５）及有无淋巴结转移（ｒ＝０.５９３７，Ｐ＝０.０００５）呈正相关。Ｃｌｕｓｔｅｒｉｎ与Ｂａｘ的表达呈负相关（ｒ＝ －０.３２７３，Ｐ＜０.０５），与ＥＲ、ＰＲ的表达状态均呈负相关（ｒ分别为－０.３０３８、－０.３４５１，Ｐ分别为０.０１２５、０.０２３６），与ＨＥＲ-２表达无相关性（ｒ＝０.２６４４，Ｐ＝０.１７１９）。结论　Ｃｌｕｓｔｅｒｉｎ的表达状态在乳腺癌的发生、发展中可能起着重要的作用。
